Cody tells the story of the life and unsolved murder of luxury call girl and expert businesswoman, Rosemarie Nitribitt, in German during the late 1950's. Ashley recounts the heartbreaking details of 8 year old Cherie Mahan's disappearance, 50 yards from her home in Pennsylvania in 1985. 

Ashley opens the episode with the disappearance of Ann Marie Shaw Godbey, and the clues that might bring closure to what happened. Cody covers the case of two bodies found in a lake, one with a crucifix inside its mouth. This would be the "solved" case of Sharon Shaw and Rhonda Johnson's murders, unless you look closely at the details. The perpetrator could have gotten away after all.

In episode 38, Ashley starts us off with the case of Stephanie Lyn Crane, whose disappearance quite possibly ties in with the case of Amber Hoopes in episode 37.
